Here's some things we have in the works:

Preliminary work on NBHD Analysis and Profiles is well underway. We have added some additional information and standardized the profiles. We will be working with those of you who have changes to complete as soon as possible. Many will be completed in early July , while some may have other requirements but be completed no later than early August.

A re-vamp of the small tract land analysis is completed and we will begin processing new sales data in the next few days. Due to PVD compliance issues, This process has become extremely complicated and we have added fields to clarify.

We intend to provide more training opportunities this year. While we may do some "in-Person" we will be using online options. Our goal is to provide some base training in the following areas:

RESIDENTIAL GRADE & CDU

SALES FILE PROCESSING DO'S AND DON'TS

COMMERCIAL DATA COLLECTION - (PROFILES AND A BASE GUIDE)

In the next few days, we will distribute a data profile of Wal Mart stores in Kansas. While I realize that many of you do not have these stores in your county, we will be sharing this with a few other counties as well. As time allows, we plan to produce more profiles or listing reviews that we will share and make available on our website.

KANSAS ANALYTICS - We have provided instructions to sign on to KA but a few of you have not taken advantage of this. KA is still a work in progress but is a very useful tool in reviewing Grades/CDU and general data in a comparative manner. It 's use in hearings and final review will be exceptional if you take the time to learn how to use it. We will individually or in an online setting, provide additional instruction as needed

April 07th, 2023

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/april-07th-2023

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/april-07th-2023#comments

Uncategorized

[...]

Client Meetings scheduled

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/client-meetings-scheduled

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/client-meetings-scheduled#comments

Uncategorized

Just a reminder - Our Spring Client Meetings have been scheduled as follows:Garden City - County Government Bldg May 2nd - 9:30 am til 3:30 pmNewton - County Health Department - April 26th 9:30 am til 3:30 pmPLease make every effort to attend along with key personnelNon- clients are welcome to the afternoon sessions [...]

Just a reminder - Our Spring Client Meetings have been scheduled as follows:

Garden City - County Government Bldg May 2nd - 9:30 am til 3:30 pm

Newton - County Health Department - April 26th 9:30 am til 3:30 pm

PLease make every effort to attend along with key personnel

Non- clients are welcome to the afternoon sessions

DEADLINE 2022 FOR RATIO STUDY TREND

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/deadline-2022-for-ratio-study-trend

https://www.mccullyassociates.com/updates--info/deadline-2022-for-ratio-study-trend#comments

Uncategorized

The deadline to appeal a specific sale used by PVD in the 2022 ratio study is May 16th but the deadline to request the application of a time trend to sales is April 15th.
