Any software and program development is a series of design decisions and rework. In 2018 we developed the first prototype of the commercial sales base and got feedback from a number of counties (clients and non-clients).

Development has continued and we are considering migration of our program to an online database. There's still plenty of work to do and we plan to have a new prototype on display at the 2019 Kansas County Appraisers' Conference in June. We know there will be plenty of questions and suggestions from potential users.

Our online version will be accessed by password and will require no download on the part of the client. The user will be able to sort, group and filter data by almost any field - with access to google map sheets and PRC's of each sale.

 The 2019 KCAA conference will be held Sunday, June 9–Wednesday, June 12 in Manhattan, Ks at the Hilton Garden Inn, 410 S. 3rd St.  Our staff will be there displaying our Commercial Sales Base Product. Please drop by our booth for a demonstration.
