We continue to build our KCOMM commercial data base and improve our added data. We have had few issues but we have discovered a problem with counties using Internet Explorer as their browser. Our KCOMM platform no longer supports IE and as a result some clients are not able to view all data fields.
We believe Microsoft is slowly phasing out IE so it is unlikely that support changes will occur. Users can use other browsers without issues. We recommend Google Chrome but other prominent browsers are available.. If you experience any issues with access or similar problems - please let us know. Thank you for your support.
