* NBHD analysis is complete for most clients ( some have requested delays) and all should be provided for your review no later than August 15. The NBHD analysis will take a slightly different form this year and will actual contain much more detail and statistical data.

Small Tract Land -  A number of studies have been completed and by August 1st - approximately 1/2 of our clients should be complete. IN dealing with PVD - we will hold these studies for delivery until later in August but any table changes to be made will be implemented as we complete the analysis.

*FYI - We are working on more detailed trending analysis for this (specifically for residential depreciation) and that is nearing completion.

While PVD does not require AG LAND Market study completion until the end of the year - we normally complete these in the summer as the data is sometimes useful in other land analysis. These should be complete sometime in August.

*** As always -it is important to keep your sales file up to date and accurate so that any analysis is accurate and can be completed..

After a long delay that I can only attribute to governmental inertia, the extended commercial depreciation matrix is now a reality. We are currently in the middle of updates and PVD should have all counties uploaded in the next couple of weeks.

We have completed several conversions for a number of counties and in general have found no major problems. You will see a few depreciation changes initially and as always these will be updated as commercial depreciation analysis is completed.

Be aware that these are the same depreciation tables that are assigned to ag and other bldgs in ORION so that the extended matrix will apply to them as well.  

We will soon have some more info on the changes and how they can be beneficial to you.. If you have any issues after we have updated and extended your tables - please let me know.
