DEADLINE 2022 FOR RATIO STUDY TREND

The deadline to appeal a specific sale used by PVD in the 2022 ratio study is May 16th but the deadline to request the application of a time trend to sales is April 15th. Due to the market increases, most counties' ratios will benefit from an application of a positive trend. We will be happy to assist you with this but you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We will compile statistical trend data  based upon the market pubication data, the variance in mean/median sales prices from 2021-2022, the applied index to 2022 and 2023 values and Zillow available data for avg sales prices between 2021 and 2022.
